Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unused with tags attached)
- In original packaging (especially important for surfboard bags and boogie boards)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note for Surf Crew: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on surfboard traction pads and towels once opened.
Easy 3-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Get Approval: Our surf-savvy team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and RMA number.
- Ship It Back: Pack items securely and ship to our Portland warehouse (return shipping at your expense unless item is faulty).

For surfers outside the US:
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
