Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered like a good wetsuit.

Our Return Promise

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging required (especially for surfboard bags and boogie boards)
  • Proof of purchase must accompany return
Important: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened surfboard traction pads or towels.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Approval: Our surf-savvy team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and RMA number
  3. Ship It Back: Pack items securely and ship to our Portland warehouse (return shipping at your expense unless item is faulty)

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the return process above and include a note about your desired exchange. We’ll process it as soon as we receive your return.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For surfers outside the US:

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We don’t cover return shipping or original customs duties
